Shenzhen Watch & Clock Association

The Shenzhen Watch & Clock Association was founded in 1987. Membership totals more than 400 manufacturers of watches, watch accessories as well as prominent retailers.

Shenzhen is the world’s leading producer of watches with more than 1,100 manufacturers accounting for 41% of global output and 48% of China’s total watch and clock production.

The association’s governing body consists of 40 industry leaders. The China National Ministry of Civil Affairs recently designated the association a “National Advanced Social Organization” for their work in promoting their industry. The association is regularly designated a “5A” organization for their work promoting better business practices within the industry.

The association regularly organizes events both in China and abroad through Shenzhen pavilions during the Basel, Switzerland World Watch & Jewelry Fair, Hong Kong Watch & Clock Fair as well as fairs in Korea, Russia, and Japan.
